Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Please note: We are not responsible for damages caused by packages left unattended in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).

14 Days to Return

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Certain exceptions may apply.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, securely packed in a shipping box

Important: Returns must be dropped off before the 14-day period expires.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Parcels unclaimed due to unpaid customs or other delivery issues

We recommend using a secure and reliable delivery address to avoid loss or theft.

Parcels Returned to Sender

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Refusal or failed delivery attempt

...the customer must cover the re-shipping costs.

Packages returned to us due to delivery failure will not be accepted unless shipping fees are covered. We also do not accept return shipments that require the recipient to pay postage fees upon arrival.
